The main promoter of this venture is Shri Arvind Singh Chauhan “ Chairman & Director” who has more than 25 of experience in real estate sector. After completing his graduation from the well-known Pareek College, Jaipur in the year 1984, his first business venture was setting up of stone crushers in the year 1992 at Kalwad,Dist Jaipur under the name & style of Arvind Stone Crushers. Then in the year 1995, he diversified into the construction business. The major civil project was construction of the Bisalpur Canal project of Government of Rajasthan. The second major project was Bhanwar Semalh Dam in District Pratapgarh, Rajasthan worth Rs. 15.00 crores.He then started the development of townships in the various towns and cities of Rajasthan such as Jaipur, Bikaner, Achrol, Kishangarh, Kuchaman, Nawa [both in Nagaur District] etc. He has purchased lots of land almost in all parts of Rajasthan for being later converted for commercial purposes. He has been quite successful in the same.
The success in the real-estate sector, the experience that he gained in the construction line, in the marketing of the projects and the profits earned in the real estate business gave him the confidence to achieve newer heights and to further diversify in the hospitality sector. He then decided to construct a three star hotel in Jaisalmer. His experience in the construction line, in the marketing of the various projects and the financial strength acquired ensures the success in the sector.

Shri Manvendra Singh Chauhan, son of Shri Arvind Singh Chauhan though is not a director
but would be helping his parents in the business. He holds a degree in Hospitality & Tourism
from the prestigious Queens Margaret University, United Kingdom. He has done the interiors of the hotel and is also involved in managing operations of the hotel.
